  • The length of the coaching journey varies based on factors like the complexity of themes you bring up for discussion and the change you want to manifest in your life. If you have a specific timeframe in mind for achieving those changes, that will also influence the duration. While I typically recommend a minimum of 8 sessions over 4 months to allow for meaningful progress, you're in full control of deciding the frequency that works best for you. I believe in taking the time needed for lasting transformation, so we can adjust the pace to suit your needs.

  • A portion of my work is rooted in the teachings and experiences that shaped my own path. During my time at Nala Monastery in Nepal, I felt a deep calling to support others—not only through volunteering, but by sharing tools for awareness, presence, and purposeful living.

For this reason, 5% of all fees received are donated to support the long-term education of a young Buddhist community at the monastery. This contribution is a way of honouring where this work began and extending its impact beyond individual transformation into collective service.
