    • 12 weekly 1-hour private sessions (in-person or virtual)

    • One 10-minute guided meditation session per week

    • Ongoing support via email or voice notes between sessions

    • Ad-hoc review of professional documents (CV, cover letter) and interview preparation

    • Weekly motivational quotes and practical exercises

    • Pay in full: £960 for the 3-month program (12 sessions)

    • Pay in 3 instalments: £1,080 total (£360 per instalment)

3-Month Purposeful Journey

  • This course is a guided journey into mindful meditation, designed to help you approach life with greater presence, awareness, and loving kindness, especially within the pace and rhythms of modern life. Over four weeks, you’ll learn how to cultivate a consistent mindfulness practice, combining meditation, reflection, and everyday awareness, supporting clarity, emotional balance, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself and others.

    Whether you are new to mindful meditation or looking to deepen your practice, this pathway offers a structured yet gentle foundation for cultivating intention, calm, and presence in a fast-paced world.

    • Weekly 60-minute live group classes over four weeks (online or in person), delivered in a supportive and structured learning environment, including:

      • A didactic talk on core mindfulness themes (e.g. mindfulness of the body, thoughts, emotions, loving-kindness)

      • Guided meditation practice in each session

      • Reflection and Q&A, supporting integration and personal insight

    • Audio recordings of each session, available for participants who are unable to attend live or wish to revisit the teachings and practices.

    • Session summaries and reflective prompts, generated with the support of AI

    • Optional 1:1 support for deeper integration, available as an add-on

  • The 4-week course is £420 per participant. To support accessibility, limited tiered payment options are available upon request. Optional 1:1 support for deeper integration is available as an add-on and priced individually.

Foundations of Mindful Living

  • This program helps your team unlock its full potential by enhancing collaboration, communication, and leadership. Through workshops, coaching, and hands-on exercises (online or in-person), teams will strengthen connections, improve conflict management and decision-making, align individual and team purpose with organizational goals, and develop practical skills in conscious leadership, mindfulness-based stress reduction, resilience, and self-actualization. Teams will also navigate change more effectively, leaving with greater engagement, clarity, and sustainable growth.

    • Territory Mapping: define what your team wants to “hunt”, “protect”, and “grow”

    • Team and Individual Purpose Alignment: clarify how each member contributes to shared goals

    • Conflict Resolution Strategies: practical approaches to navigate and resolve disputes

    • Change Management Tools: support teams in adapting and thriving through transitions
